Okay, so I have Close Blast on one of my ranged moved, which starts as a 3 meter circle originating adjacent to me, my Bit value is 2, which doubles to 4, for this, giving it a 7 meter circle, now, since this is [ranged] tagged and usable at a distance, am I still limited by the point of origin? Cause ranged attacks take a penalty when an enemy is adjacent to the user, so this would feel a bit off so I figured I'd ask to confirm how it works.

Close Blast must always be limited by the point of origin. Melee Attacks simply cannot add their stats to the size of the blast, whereas Ranged Attacks can. Close Blast is more of a mid-range attacking Area Tag: the point of origin is adjacent to you, but you can hit enemies who are within the blast zone. Remember: the point of origin does not need to be a targeted enemy. However, if an enemy IS adjacent to you and you use that attack, you do take the penalty as usual. So if you have a 7 meter circle/blast zone, you could hit an enemy up to 7 meters away with it. While both of these are using a grid and not circles like DDA, the basic concept of Close Blast works akin to how it does in grid-based combat systems and where I got the idea from. These would be the approximate equivalent of a Close Blast 3 (3x3 square or 3 meter circle).

Good thing I have a knockback attack. I just have to aim carefully to not get my allies in my taunt's aoe as it has certain strike.

Is it possible to have multiple attacks with the same area, if I purchase it multiple times?

By RAW, no, you have to pick a new Area Tag each time. But it's a bit more of a rule to make sure everyone doesn't just focus on whatever is deemed the most powerful overall, one could in theory houserule that tidbit out.

Well, that makes sense.
