I dunno what the equation on speedy is (but I'm pretty sure its wrong). Also why is that only place that mentions a max speed?
Theres still no mention of a max number of attack.
'For each rank of Speedy, add 2 meters to your Digimon’s, the Cap is double it’s Base Speed.'
-To your Digimon's what? Single word missing, but wanted to point that out.
Complete stat rolls for Digimon. (Like perception is Brain, Feats of Strength is body, etc. Bravery would be what?)
Complete list of saving throws/ opposed rolls (Intelligence opposes Persuade) (Intelligence opposes Decipher Intent?) etc . A lot of these seem like common sense, but a complete list would still be nice.
-Example of sizes
Perhaps a rule for unspent CP at character creation. I especially had this problem when I was making a child character. I had a lot of CP I just....didn't want to spend, but would otherwise lose.

The Base Speed is the Stage Base+Modifier from a Data Optimization or Digizoid Quality, as those specify Base Speed if memory serves. If not, I'll fix it later.
You can only take as many Ranks in Speedy as it would take to double your Digimon's base Speed. For example, if your Digimon has 18 Speed after other modifiers, you could take Speedy up to 9 times, making the new Speed 36.
I derped on Attacks apparently. Huh.
I'll have to add that in I guess, make a classification for appropriate human-like stuff for Derived Stats and Opposed Rolls...
I swore I added some of this, I guess I blanked. Sorry.

Apparently the pdf even says its just the stage base.
'A Digimon’s Base Movement is how many Meters it can move with a single Simple Action. A Digimon’s Base Movement is equal to it’s Stage Number (Fresh/Baby being Stage 1, In-Training being Stage 2, Rookie being Stage 3, etc) times two. This is the primary source of movement which Movement Qualities and the Speedy Quality work off of.'
One of those may need to change.

Yes, but as I said, the Data Optimizations adjust the Base too
•Speed Striker Optimization (1 DP): The Digimon’s base speed is increased by +3 at the expense of -1 to Dodge. •Guardian Optimization (1 DP): The Digimon has a +2 bonus to it’s Armor Stat, at the expense of a -1 to its base speed rating.
Blue Digizoid also specifies Base Speed and it's the only one that adjusts Speed to begin with
•Blue (3 DP): The Digimon’s Base Movement is increased by 4, and their Dodge Rating increased by 2.It also increases the Digimon’s Armor by 1. It is also treated as if it had a free instance of the Agility Quality.(If the Digimon already has this Quality it may now use it twice per Battle) Blue Digizoid, while as durable as the normal Chrome variety, is incredibly lightweight, making it’s users capable of dodging with utmost ease!

Strange it didn't pull that up in my search. Oh well, noted.
